The first foal to sell at auction by Tweenhills' stallion Hot Streak went to Lynn Lodge Stud for €56,000 on day one of the Goffs November Foal Sale.
Bred by Qatar Racing's Irish representative Peter Molony and consigned by Baroda & Colbinstown Studs, the chesnut colt is out of Elusive City mare Never In. He is a cracking physical specimen and looks a fast racehorse in the making.
There will be plenty of eyes on Hot Streak's other offerings at the Goffs November Foal Sale - including a filly from the family of European classic winner Hawksmoor - and there are over 30 Hot Streaks due to sell at the Tattersalls December Foal Sale from Wednesday November 29 to Saturday December 2.
Among the Hot Streaks being offered at Tattersalls are a clutch from Tweenhills, as well as a half-brother to this year's Gr. 3 Cornwallis Stakes winner Abel Handy from The Castlebridge Consignment and a half-sister to the Listed winner Valonia from Tibthorpe Stud.
Hot Streak covered many high-quality mares in his first season at stud, including a winning half-sister to Gr. 1 winner Prince Bishop, a half-sister to Gr. 3 winner and sire Gale Force Ten, and the dam of Gr. 1-placed Urban Fox.
